Hot in southern SA
Maximum temperatures were between 10 and 17 above normal across coastal parts of South Australia today ahead of a slow-moving trough/frontal system. Winds were relatively light and no thunderstorms were reported from official stations as temperatures rose to between 38 and 45 across almost the entire state. Polda Basin on the Eyre Peninsula recorded the highest temperature of 45
