Warm conditions move east
The mid-Autumn heat wave moved east today, giving western and central Victoria, western NSW and NE SA top temperatures 8 to 11 above average. Overnight lows were also high -- mostly 6 to 11 above -- across this area and through much of SA. Ararat in western Victoria recorded a minimum of 17.5, 10.4 above normal.
