NEWSBITS: Prefrontal rain gives useful rain to parts of Victoria, Tasmania
NEWSBITS: A rainband gave some useful rain as it crossed Victoria and Tasmania today. It preceded a front that introduced much cooler air into the two states and brought falls of 20 to 40mm in Victoria south of the ranges and 10 to 20mm to Tasmania's west and north.
